The Tree of Life

The Tree of Life is a visual representation of the emanations of “God”. Made up of ten spheres, or Sephira, that are connected by twenty-two paths. The ten sephira are as follows:

Kether (CROWN)

Chokmah (WISDOM)

Binah (UNDERSTANDING)

Chesed (MERCY)

Geburah (STRENGTH)

Tiphareth (BEAUTY)

Netzach (VICTORY)

Hod (SPLENDOUR)

Yesod (FOUNDATION)

Malkuth (KINGDOM)

For the twenty-two paths between sephira, scholars of the past have mapped the letters of the hebrew alphabet and the major arcana of a typical tarot deck.
